On the way to an overnighter we stopped at a place called Tunnel Creek. The rod driving there was very bumpy but I didn’t vomit. We went for a walk through Tunnel Creek. We had to swim in the dark, in a cave and we had to swim with our head above the water because we had our head torches on. It was so fun. We also saw bats in the sunlight and hanging from the stalactites. Some of the bats were white and some of the bats were black. We saw some some stalactites dripping on the ground and one splashed in my eye. In the cave we saw some croc tracks but no croc. Fresh water crocs live in the cave. That day I would remember because the water was super cold. I felt cold and damp walking through the cave because my dress was very wet from swimming.
